To Fix the Broken Justice System
Our Recommendations
Stop hiding the laws: How much crime could be prevented if the kids in school were told about the law. By keeping the citizens ignorant of the law. They are forced to hire expensive lawyers, or unknowingly break the law. That’s definitely why it’s done that way... It’s an unethical trap
One example is when a person that can’t afford an attorney and has to represent themselves in the courts, is confronted with ridicules and complicated rules. That are so hidden and obscured they can’t be followed. And they will lose because of this alone. If the rules are important then they should be displayed in a prominent place, so they can be obeyed. And the issues that brought them to court in the first place can be deliberated and decided fairly.
Our number one Recommendation is for the legal community to clean up your act. Stop cheating the people. Start eliminating the bad apples in your group before they give you such a despicable reputation that they bring down the whole country. If this means turning in your co-worker do it. Be a Whistleblower.
The Justice System:
We agree with all the recommendations that have been proposed by the states, The Innocence Project and others to eliminate wrongful convictions, but we would like to see our own suggestions considered as well.
