Law's would be a real problem and will need to be changed

Testing will of course be required. Simple Justice Court is ready now. Please contact our government and demand an upgrade to our broken justice system.

Security of the data; this is an issue of trust. Can the court computer be protected? Yes with certain precautions; the digital electronic files/the data is backed up, saved and stored in more than one location. The computer is disconnected from the Internet, there could be an armed guard at every terminal; court houses are usually built solid like a bank.
Could Court personnel tamper with the files? They could, but there would be a good record of it, so highly unlikely.
Accessibility to the court, not everyone has a computer: simple justice court is backward compatible handwriting will be acceptable if it’s legibly written on a piece of paper and digitized with a scanner; Simple justice court is flexible.
Not everyone can afford to hire a lawyer or would want to deal with them. Without paid legal representation in a traditional paper court, there is no accessibility to the court system. Simple justice court is hybrid a combination of ordinary people, with legal problems and a government lawyer that will help for free.
Software, which manufactures to use, they all would be acceptable, but both sides of the case should use the same type.
Some skeptics might worry about live vs. recorded. The difference from a traditional paper court to a digital court is that the evidence is displayed in real time with a live presentation in one, and the other the presentation of evidence has been recorded and will be played back. The question is can a recording of a live presentation; give to the jury, the same information? Why wouldn’t.
Can a jury learn from a recording? Everything you know about the world is probably from a recording of some kind or other. Recordings can inform and teach, anyone they are the backbone of our educational system. To say the jury could not be informed by watching or listening to a recording is preposterous.

Recordings are good and even better than live because they can be played over and over again, for example if a mistrial occurred; all that would be needed is pick a new jury. Live is just a onetime only event and can only be repeated at great expense of time and money. Recordings can give the viewer/juror a better image of close-ups or how about pause and rewinds, slow-motion and other enhancements that live can’t match.

Laws, Rules and Procedure
It is important, that everyone is subject to the same court rules, and the rules are easily understood at a high school level, openly displayed and accessible to everyone. We believe a court of law should be fair to all, and any law contrary to that should be changed or eliminated. Simple justice court has a few local rules and procedures that are simple to follow.

The Transition from paper court to digital court should be relatively easy. The infrastructure is already there. All that is needed is a digital camera, camcorder and a scanner for the recording room the total equipment cost a few hundred dollars per court house. The biggest hurdle to overcome is personnel. Some court personnel will have to be eliminated, others can be, retrained. For example, the stenographer won’t be needed in court anymore, but the person can be taught how to use a camera or a scanner and remain employed. Security personnel won’t be needed as much and can be greatly reduced. The clerk’s office will require new personnel to oversee jury selection and coordinate judicial qualifications of judges and advisors. Most of the changes can be done immediately, without delay.
